Consent to use Contact Details, Photography and Videography

• I, the undersigned, hereby grants Safaricom permission to contact me and/or photograph, record, and use my image, likeness, voice, and other personal attributes (collectively referred to as "Image") for the purpose of marketing, promotional materials, and advertising activities associated with Safaricom on our Websites, social media channels and digital communications materials, including advertising material and printed publications.
• I understand that Safaricom will keep the Images in accordance with the Data Protection Act. The Images will be archived after six years and stored securely with limited access to be used for reporting purposes. I know I have the right to withdraw consent at any time by emailing Safaricom but understand that withdrawing consent will not affect the material that has already been used.
• Further, a specific wristband, lanyard or equivalent may be provided for you to wear should you prefer not to be photographed.
• I have read and understood the terms of this consent form, and I hereby agree to all of its provisions. I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to grant this consent. Parents or guardians must provide consent for minors (under 18 years of age).
